We are an artisanal chocolatier business and we have a small team of talented chocolatiers. We currently we source couverture chocolate from Belgium and merge it with our own proprietary confection recipes to make our unique chocolate products including our truffles, caramels, bars, and barks. Our chocolate kitchen is located right in our shop in town of Ganges on Salt Spring Island.
Couverture chocolate is a professional grade chocolate that contains more than 32% cocoa solids and is tempered prior to making our proprietary recipes.
Your chocolates are freshest to eat at time of purchase however best before is 3 months. You may maintain the freshness stored in a refrigerator or cool dark place. Chocolate is also best enjoyed at room temperature.
Yes, we offer individual truffles in our Salt Spring shop. For online orders we offer a boxed options as it is also best for shipping.
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and dairy. Although we aim for the highest food safety to limit any cross contamination, their may still be a risk of cross contamination. Any of our products may contain: Milk, Soy,
Peanuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pecans, Pistachios, or Walnuts.
All our chocolate products are made with simple natural ingredients, sugar, dairy, and no artificial preservatives.
