Salt Spring Chocolate Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality chocolate products are made for our customers. Whether in our store or buying our products online, we aim to exceed your expectations every time.
We make, package and ship all our chocolate orders from our chocolate kitchen and shop on Salt Spring Island, BC.
Upon receipt of your order, if it is incorrect or damaged in any way, please take a photo of the damage and call us or email contact@saltspringchocolate.ca within 3 days of your delivery. We will resend your order to replace it and will not expect the product to be returned.
Shipping within Canada
We will endeavor to ship your chocolate package from Salt Spring within 1-3 days. It may no more than of 3-7 business days to receive your order depending on whether standard or express shipping is chosen.
Shipping is calculated per delivery destination, by weight and only to a single address provided.
Applicable taxes are applied at checkout. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination.

Shipping to the USA and International Addresses
Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to a US or other international addresses.
Order Cancellation & Changes
We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
