Salt Spring Chocolate Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the highest quality chocolate products and aim to exceed your expectations every time whether buying in our store or online.

Upon receipt of your order, if it is incorrect or damaged in any way, please take a photo of the damage and call us or email contact@saltspringchocolate.ca within 3 days of your delivery.  We will want to make the situation right and resend your order to replace the damaged product and will not expect the product to be returned.

Order Cancellation & Changes

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed and/ or shipped.
